STEP-BY-STEP-PROCESS
It is imperative that my clients know the exact step-by-step process I follow. Check it out below and feel free to reach out regarding any questions you may have.
01. INITIAL CONSULT
First, we set up a call to ensure we're a mutually great fit. In this call we'll get to know one another, I'll ask about your vision for your big day, and we can cover any lingering questions you may have. If you think we're a great fit, we'll pencil you in and begin your onboarding process.
02. SECURE YOUR DATE
We can't wait to work with you! To reserve your date, a contract and 50% retainer are required. I'm happy to serve as a resource for any photography-related questions you might have regarding timing, details, and layout for your big day.
03. DESIGN PHASE
We'll begin learning about your vision, and once we have developed a plan that effectively aligns with your vision. From there we'll begin gathering inspiration to develop a visual mood board for your day. We work hand-in hand with your wedding planner to bring your dreams to reality.
04. TIMELINE CURATION
About 6 weeks before the wedding, we'll start chatting about timeline specifics, special details, family formal shot lists, special traditions and anything else we should know about your big day. I will work alongside your planner once I know your preferences to craft the perfect flow of your day.
05. YOUR BIG DAY
Once the day arrives, you get to relax, enjoy the moment, and trust that I've got it handled! I prefer to document the day organically, and offer up a little posing as needed. My favorite part about wedding days is carving out time before and after photos so that you and your loved one can enjoy some genuine, quiet moments alone together.
06. IMAGE DELIVERY
Within a few days of your wedding, you'll receive sneak peeks for social media sharing! You can expect the remaining images delivered via an online gallery within about 6-8 weeks of your wedding. At that time, we'll also go over details about preserving your images through tangible heirlooms like prints and albums.
